Multiple connected accounts: what works today

Per-account safety controls are real. A shared inbox or broadcast across accounts isn't, yet.

Details

Your plan lets you connect more than one Instagram account to the same TRIGMAZE workspace — Free and Starter include 1, Pro includes 3, Studio includes 10. Here’s exactly what that gets you today, so a second or third account is never a surprise.

What’s per-account and fully working

  • Automations — each connected account runs its own independent set of triggers and flows.
  • Kill switch and keyword blacklist — set individually per account, from the Accounts page.
  • Contacts — every contact across all your connected accounts appears together in one Contacts list, tagged and searchable the same way regardless of which account they interacted with.

What’s currently locked to your first connected account

The Live inbox and Broadcasts currently only work against the first Instagram account you connected — a comment or DM on a second or third connected account still triggers its own automations correctly, but the resulting conversation won’t appear in Inbox, and you can’t send a broadcast from that account. The app shows a plain notice on both pages whenever you have more than one connected account, so this is never silent. If you rely on a second account primarily for automations (not for live conversation handling or broadcasts), this doesn’t affect you.

A unified, account-selectable inbox and broadcast composer is real, planned work — not something we’re pretending doesn’t matter. Until it ships, the honest workaround for handling live conversations on a second account is a second TRIGMAZE workspace (a separate sign-up); email [email protected] if that’s something you need help setting up.
