Terms of Service
Last updated 27 August 2026
These terms govern your use of TRIGMAZE, operated by PAIDGUY DIGITAL SERVICES (“we”, “us”, “TRIGMAZE”). By creating an account, connecting an Instagram account, or using the free link shortener, you agree to them. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a business, you’re confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
The service
TRIGMAZE lets you build automated replies to Instagram comments, DMs, and story interactions on an Instagram professional account you connect and control, through a visual flow builder, a live inbox, a contacts CRM, broadcasts, and a link shortener. Every send goes through Instagram’s own official Graph API — TRIGMAZE never asks for or stores your Instagram password, and never messages someone who hasn’t interacted with your account first. You’re responsible for what your automations say and do — we run the pipeline, you author and own the content.
Your account and eligibility
- You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create a TRIGMAZE account.
- You must be the owner or an authorized manager of any Instagram account you connect — connecting an account you don’t control or don’t have authorization to manage is a breach of these terms, independent of anything Instagram itself allows.
- Keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account until you tell us it’s been compromised — two-factor authentication and passkeys are available in Settings and we strongly recommend turning one on.
- One TRIGMAZE workspace naturally holds multiple connected Instagram accounts, up to your plan’s limit — you don’t need to contact us for that. Some cross-account features (a single inbox or broadcast covering every connected account at once) aren’t built yet; the app tells you plainly wherever that applies.
- You’re responsible for keeping your account’s email address current — it’s how we deliver security alerts, billing notices, and the account-deletion confirmation link.
Your content, and what we do with it
You own everything you create in TRIGMAZE — your automation flows, message text, tags, contact notes, and any media you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate TRIGMAZE for you: sending your messages through Instagram’s API, rendering your flow builder, and showing your own data back to you. We don’t use your content to train any model, we don’t license it to anyone else, and this license ends when the content is deleted. Full detail on what we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy.
If you connect an outbound webhook node to a third-party service (Zapier, Make, a Google Sheets Apps Script, or your own endpoint), you’re responsible for what that service does with the data TRIGMAZE sends it — that’s a direct relationship between you and that service, outside TRIGMAZE’s control once the request leaves our servers.
Our content
TRIGMAZE’s software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by PAIDGUY DIGITAL SERVICES and protected by applicable intellectual property law. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use TRIGMAZE for your own business’s Instagram automation — not a license to resell, white-label, or build a competing product on top of it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use TRIGMAZE to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates Instagram’s own Platform Policy or Community Guidelines.
- Scrape, harvest, or resell contact data collected through the platform.
- Message anyone who has opted out, or continue automating on an account after Meta or TRIGMAZE revokes access to it.
- Attempt to circumvent Instagram’s rate limits, messaging windows, or consent requirements — including through a connected webhook or any external tool.
- Use a webhook node to target a private, internal, or non-public network address — this is actively blocked, not just prohibited by policy.
- Use TRIGMAZE to distribute malware, run phishing campaigns, or facilitate any illegal activity, including through the free link shortener.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of TRIGMAZE’s systems, or access another workspace’s data without authorization.
We may suspend automations, disconnect an account, or terminate a workspace that violates this — both to protect other users and because Meta can revoke our entire platform access if abuse on our platform goes unchecked. Where practical, we’ll tell you what triggered the action and how to appeal it at [email protected].
Free tools
The link shortener and app-opener at pi7t.app/shorten is free, requires no account, and is available to anyone. You agree not to use it to shorten links to phishing, malware, or illegal content, or to impersonate another person or brand. We may remove or disable any link created through it, without notice, for any reason — it’s provided as a free utility, not under any service-level commitment.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in INR via Razorpay, with clear pricing and DM/account limits shown before you upgrade — nothing is charged without your explicit action. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled from Settings → Billing. A DM top-up is a separate, one-time purchase (not a subscription) that adds to your account’s available send capacity and never expires on its own. See our Refund Policy for cancellation, billing-error, and failed-payment handling, including exactly what happens if a renewal payment fails.
Availability and changes to the service
We aim for reliable uptime but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service — see our real, live status page rather than a marketing promise. We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops; if a change would materially reduce what a paid plan includes, we’ll notify account holders by email before it takes effect.
Disclaimers
TRIGMAZE is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that automations will be error-free, that Instagram will never change its API or policies in a way that affects TRIGMAZE, or that any particular business outcome (leads, sales, follower growth) will result from using the product.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAIDGUY DIGITAL SERVICES will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost leads, or lost data — arising from your use of TRIGMAZE, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater. This limitation doesn’t apply to liability that can’t be limited under Indian law, or to our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We’re specifically not liable for account actions Instagram/Meta takes against your connected account as a result of how you configure your automations, or for messages that fail to deliver because Instagram’s own messaging-window or rate-limit rules block them — those are platform rules TRIGMAZE operates within, not around.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PAIDGUY DIGITAL SERVICES harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of TRIGMAZE in violation of these terms, the content of your automations, or your violation of Instagram’s own policies through the platform.
Termination
You can disconnect an Instagram account or delete your entire TRIGMAZE account at any time from Settings — see the Data & DPDP rights page for exactly what that deletes and how. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates acceptable use, that we’re legally required to act on, or that Meta requires us to disconnect. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; sections of these terms that by their nature should survive (ownership, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. For a material change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use TRIGMAZE after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of TRIGMAZE is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. Before filing a formal dispute, we ask that you first try to resolve it with us directly at [email protected] — most disagreements are a support issue, not a legal one, and we’d rather fix the problem than litigate it.
General
- Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your account or these terms to someone else without our consent; we may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all our assets.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control — including an Instagram/Meta platform outage or policy change, a payment processor outage, or a genuine act of God.
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PAIDGUY DIGITAL SERVICES regarding TRIGMAZE.
