Sending a broadcast (and the 24-hour rule)
A real, Instagram-rule-respecting one-time send.
Details
A broadcast sends one message to every contact in an audience (all contacts, or a saved segment) — for an announcement, a promotion, or anything that isn’t part of an ongoing automation. Create one from Broadcasts, and send it immediately or schedule it for later. Broadcasts always send from your first connected Instagram account — see Multiple connected accounts if you have more than one connected.
The 24-hour messaging window
Instagram only allows messaging someone within 24 hours of their last message to you — this is a platform rule, not a TRIGMAZE limit. A broadcast only reaches contacts currently inside that window; anyone outside it is skipped for that send, not queued or retried silently. The audience picker shows exactly how many of your selected contacts are in-window right now before you send.
TRIGMAZE never sends cold outreach or contacts someone who hasn’t interacted with your account first — every broadcast recipient is a real, existing contact.
