Tags, custom fields, and segments

Every contact TRIGMAZE creates (from a matched comment, DM, or story event) can carry tags (free-form labels) and custom fields(name/value pairs) — set manually from the contact detail page, or automatically by a flow’s Add tag/Set field nodes.

Save a filtered view of contacts as a segment to reuse it later — for a broadcast audience, or just to keep a working list. Bulk-select contacts to tag or opt out several at once.
